Data We Collect
The information we collect depends on which app you use:

  • Games: We may collect your email address and profile information to update leaderboards, verify in-app purchases, and save your game progress.

  • Dispatch Solutions Driver (trucking dispatch app): We collect your device's precise location (GPS) while the app is open, so your dispatcher can coordinate loads (see the Location Information section below).

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

Driver Onboarding & Application Information When you apply and onboard through our driver application ("Dispatch Solutions Driver"), we collect the information needed to process your application, verify your eligibility to drive, comply with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and FMCSA requirements, and set you up with the trucking company (carrier) you are applying to. This may include:

Identity & contact: name, home address, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Government identifiers: Social Security Number, commercial driver's license (CDL) number and state, and similar identifiers required for employment and DOT compliance. Employment & eligibility: prior employment history, emergency contact, and related application answers. Financial: direct‑deposit / bank account details used to pay you. Documents & images: photos and files you upload (e.g., CDL, medical card, insurance, registration), and your electronic signature on application and lease documents. Safety & compliance: medical examiner's certificate, drug‑test, and FMCSA Clearinghouse consent information required to qualify you to drive.

Why we collect it: to process and verify your application, complete required DOT/FMCSA onboarding, set up payroll, and manage your relationship with the carrier.

Who it's shared with: this information is shared with the trucking company/carrier you are applying to or driving for, their authorized staff, and third parties only where required for DOT/FMCSA compliance or by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Sensitive information: we treat sensitive data (such as your Social Security Number and medical/drug‑test information) as confidential and use it only for the purposes above.

Retention: we retain onboarding and driver records as long as needed to provide the service and to meet DOT/FMCSA and other legal recordkeeping requirements.

Location Information
Our driver mobile application ("Dispatch Solutions Driver") collects your device's precise geographic location (GPS) to support trucking dispatch operations.

  • When we collect it: Only while you are signed in to the app during your work session. This includes while the app is open on screen and while it continues running in the background (for example, while you're using a navigation app or your phone is locked). While background sharing is active, your phone shows a visible indicator — a persistent notification on Android, or the system location indicator on iOS. Location sharing stops when you sign out, force-close the app, or turn off the location permission. We never collect your location when the app is not running.

  • Why we collect it: So your dispatcher/carrier can see your current location to coordinate loads, stops, and arrivals (including automatic arrival detection at customer and terminal locations).

  • Who it's shared with: Your location is shared with the trucking company/carrier you drive for and their authorized dispatch staff. We do not sell your location data or share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

  • Your choices: You can decline or revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings. If you do, location-based dispatch features will not work.

We retain location records only as long as needed for dispatch and operational recordkeeping.
